One of the most common questions at GMB is ‘When’s the next Council clean up?’ Mackerel has two bulky goods collections per year, typically in March and August. The Pittwater Council rubbish calendar gives the dates for bulky goods, green waste and regular rubbish collections. Further details via the link.

The Mackerel Beach Association Annual General Meeting is on Saturday, January 25 at 10 am. The meeting will be held at the GMB RFS station - the fire shed at the end of Diggers. All members and residents are welcome. If you wish to vote at the AGM you will need to be a current financial member and can join on site prior to 10am.

It’s on again for 2024, the second best thing to Christmas in December! The MBA are hosting a mid-year winter Christmas get together on Saturday July 6. Festivities kick off from 1pm. As with previous years, bring a chair, plate, glass and bottle to join in on the winter celebrations. More details closer to the day.
